Netflix Brand Editorial Team

Working in the Editorial team at Netflix Argentina was a huge challenge: writing scripts, producing daily content for media handles, press junkets, OOH campaigns and all things copy for one of my favorite brands in my own country.

The strategy was creating and positioning a brand within a brand: keep it Netflix but adapt the tone to a local, unique audience. This not only grew our community but positioned Netflix as the streaming service locally.

We kept an eye on daily trends, all-time fan faves and translated them into our own version of Netflix, a brand voice that was close, fun, culturally savvy but didn't hesitate to be inspiring, groundbreaking, and brave enough to stand out.

Some viral moments like the launch of Netlix’s first-ever local account and the Orange is The New Black Women of Argentina video accrued millions of views within days and were covered by the media globally.
